So, where do I get such a beast? I've looked on the gnu mirrors and the
closes I get is gengetopt. Sure, that works find to compile and install,
but it leaves out long options. apparently I don't get those for some reason...and
rdesktop still won't compile...gah...sorry, i've been working on this for
a while now...

Hi Doug,

you should try to find GNU getopt. It should be on any GNU mirror of your
liking. You won't have problems with compiling it, I guess.

Yeah, we should work on an autoconf mechanism. Anyone with experiences
with automake/autoconf on this list?
