that'd be fine by me, as long as it's all there ;)

I was using the one from a build of octave for aix to work on it...

That's probably the issue. It would be fine if rdesktop didn't
require glibc;-)

I think rdesktop should behave the same on all platforms.
Perhaps it's better to rip getopt() from say, GNU fileutils, and
include it in the rdesktop source.
