Re: more draw optimizations in xwin.c
the application should always be able to redraw an area on request from the
x server, so correct application behaviour would be to support this, that is
the current scheme, but it should be possible to disable it, if one wishes
to.
-bs is not enabled per default on RH 7.0 for example.
